§16

Public Domain Content

Public-domain material may be distributed where legally applicable.

The User is responsible for determining whether the relevant work is actually in the public domain in the applicable territory.

A public-domain composition does not automatically make another person's recording available for use.

Users must ensure:

  • They have appropriate rights
  • AI tools were used according to applicable licenses

without appropriate authorization where required.

Content involving unauthorized voice cloning or digital impersonation may be rejected or removed.
